A. Yes. Our highly experienced dedicated conference and events manager together with our operations team will take care of all your needs.
Q. WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU INCLUDE IN MY MEETING ROOM RENTAL?
A. Spacious comfortable meeting room beautifully furnished with conference pads, pens, jugs of iced water, flipchart, markers, air conditioning, free wi-fi, projector and screen available upon request. The outdoor break out area option is also included. Our Greenwich Suite comes with a brand new state-of-the-art Panasonic 8000 ANSI Lumens Laser Projector with 1.61-2.76:1 lens.
Q. ARE THERE FOOD AND BEVERAGE OPTIONS OR OUTLETS AVAILABLE?
A. Yes. You will receive a full menu of break out snacks and smoothie options at the time of your booking. You can also choose from a full lunch or dinner menu from our extensive Bar or Restaurant Menus.
Q. WHAT ARE THE OPENING TIMES OF YOUR BAR AND RESTAURANT?
A. The Urban Kitchen Restaurant is open 7 days: Breakfast from 6.30am - 10.00am/ Lunch from 12.30pm - 2.30pm / Dinner from 6.30pm - 9.30pm and our Hourglass Bar also serves an extensive bar menu from 2.30pm onwards daily and is open 7 days.
Q. WILL YOUR FREE WIFI HANDLE GROUPS OF 1000 DELEGATES OPERATING SEVERAL DEVICES EACH?
A. Yes. You can expect a consistantly impressive free high speed wifi service of 1GB (1,000Mbs)

A. Yes. Room service is 24 hours.
Q. IS THERE A CHARGE FOR CAR PARKING?
A. No. There is no charge. We have free car parking for 600 cars.
