Sundial Restaurant
The Sundial Restaurant draws inspiration from the passage of time, overlooking a peaceful garden centred around its signature sundial sculpture. Led by long-standing head chef Noel Healy, the restaurant serves dinner daily from 5pm to 9.30pm.
A favourite among locals and guests alike, it’s an ideal setting for family gatherings, celebrations, or a relaxed evening with friends. The menu showcases quality Irish cooking, prepared with carefully sourced local ingredients.

Monday to Friday: 6.30am - 10.00am
Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays: 7am - 11am
Dinner
Monday to Sunday: 5.00pm - 9.30pm

Our restaurant will be closed from Sunday, 14th December and will reopen on Friday, 13th February for Valentine’s Day.
During this period, we will open on the following special dates only:
- Thursday 18th & Friday 19th December
- Tuesday 30th & Wednesday 31st December — featuring our special New Year’s Eve Menu
From January 1st, our office will be available to take group bookings of 15+ guests with our set group menu.
